Sackville supports Reading Borough Council’s ambitious plans for the town and its central area and is keen to be part of this new future. Reading is determined to become a city to reinforce its role as capital of the Thames Valley and Station Hill is at the geographical centre of the town, midway between the Oracle Shopping Centre and the River Thames.

The continuing development of Reading as a thriving business centre is at the core of the 2020 Vision and the new Central Reading Area Action Plan. Station Hill will be a transformational project because it will deliver a development that can accommodate businesses that previously have only considered locations of regional significance.
