On March 6th 2008 Reading Borough Council’s planning committee passed a resolution to grant outline planning consent for the Station Hill development. The application will now be referred to the Government Office for the South East (GOSE) under the normal departure procedures. Work on the scheme could begin in 2009 and the first phase of development could be completed by 2011.
