Designed
by leading architects, Scott Brownrigg and Chapman Taylor, the
scheme consists of a series of iconic tall structures that will
reinforce
the importance
of its central location and change the skyline of Reading. The
proposals for the redevelopment of Station Hill will be at the
heart of the City’s business, residential, cultural and retail
renaissance.
Whilst
the application is in outline, a significant amount of design work
has been carried out to date. This approach broadly conforms with
CABE and English Heritage’s consultation ‘Guidance
on Tall Buildings’ .
